  Wasnt thrilled with the service. I had to bring my dogs somewhere else to be finished. They were very rough with my puppy. When I went to pick him up, he looked so scared. My older husky was clearly scared and uncomfortable as she peed inside and she never does that unless she is scared. She went to the bathroom before we arrived but my dogs were there from about 2 until 1030pm. They should have known how long it takes to groom dogs according to size and therefore should not have booked all of mine if they didn't have time. I have taken my dogs to other places and it never took even half that long. They said they would be done sooner. They made it my fault though saying my puppy was difficult. Well he's a puppy. I have also heard other people's terrible encounters with splash bath and therefore will not be going back there ever and honestly hope they pack up and leave.
